Entering the property on the ground floor you will find two of the three bedrooms: one double zip-and-link bed (which can be made into 2’6″ singles on request) and one twin room, both are spacious and benefit from TV/DVD. Next is the family bathroom, a spacious room with bath and shower over and WC. Just beyond is a utility room with a washing machine and storage. At the top of the stairs you will find a fixed stair-gate and it opens to a bright and airy living space.
The lovely sociable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is complete with a corner sofa which beckons you to relax in front of the wall-mounted smart TV. A large floor-to-ceiling window provides stunning sea views with doors leading out onto your balcony. The kitchen/dining area boasts an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Venture further into the property and you will then discover the master bedroom, a king-size which also offers a TV as well as an en-suite shower room with WC.
Heading outside you will find a fabulous, decked balcony off the lounge with seating, an ideal spot to relax whilst soaking up the sea views. From the utility room, there is shared access to the side exit that is ideal for those who wish to bring their four-legged friend in and out of the property. There is an outside tap for sandy paws or for washing off wetsuits/surfboards.
