The patio doors open out to the balcony, offering wonderful sea views. The spacious bedroom features a plush super-king size bed and offers sea views to the right. The bathroom includes both a bathtub with an overhead shower and a separate shower cubicle.

The south-facing balcony is a delightful sun-trap, furnished with outdoor seating for al-fresco dining against the picturesque backdrop of Watergate Bay, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. There is also a communal garden available for your enjoyment. This shared outdoor space is ideal for relaxing, taking in the beautiful surroundings, or diving into your favourite book, providing a pleasant environment for all guests.

Take advantage of the proximity to the beach and experience surfing with the local experts at Wavehunters Surf School. Discover a variety of nearby eateries, such as WAX, where you can enjoy wonderful sea views. Savour a drink on the terrace or indulge in their delicious food. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
The sofa bed in the sitting area is available on request only (small additional charge).
Travel cot and highchair are available. Both are situated in the bedroom cupboard.
There is a secure safe located in the bedroom for any personal belongings.
