Gorgeous Victorian three-storey family residence, located in the centre of Craig-y-Don, a short stroll away from North Shore Promenade. Walk to local shop and tennis club or stroll down to the promenade and into the town, sea and beach. Llandudno is a traditional seaside resort boasting two beaches, the longest pier in Wales, a theatre, a cable car to the Great Orme Summit, open bus tours and a wide range of shops and restaurants. Activities on offer in the area include water sports, wildlife boat trips, fishing, cycling, climbing and walking. Among the numerous great attractions nearby are the Mostyn Contemporary Art Gallery, Welsh Mountain Zoo, the National Trust Bodnant Gardens, Zip World, Swallow Falls, Snowdonia National Park and the historic walled market town of Conwy, home to both a 13th-century castle and the smallest house in Wales. All of this is within 3 miles.

When ready dine at the breakfast bar or walk through to the conservatory to the dining table, perfect for everyone to gather around enjoying the meal whilst planning your holiday activities overlooking the garden. After dinner relax on the sofas in the lounge for cosy nights in watching a film in the glow of the fire or have a family match on the football table. Also on this floor is a separate WC.
