The house has the advantage of a small bathroom on the ground floor with shower over, in addition to the main shower room upstairs. Enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and lighthouse from the front door steps.

Sitting room. Victorian fireplace (decorative), 2-seater leather sofa, rocking chair, Victorian button-back chair, chest of drawers, 32″ flatscreen TV and DVD. Vinyl record player.

Kitchen. Small galley kitchen, newly fitted in 2021 with granite worktops, gas cooker, slimline dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stainless steel sink.

A narrow door from the kitchen leads to a small courtyard, just large enough for a bistro table and 2 chairs. Washing machine in utility cupboard off the courtyard.

First Floor

Shower room. Shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1. Victorian style double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, wash basin, stripped pine floor.
