Retaining much charm and character, the semi-detached cottage is well equipped and stands in a sheltered position, offering warm and cosy accommodation at any time of the year.
The Port William Inn and the sandy beach and rock pools at Trebarwith Strand are 1 mile by road or a 10 minute walk by footpath and the 18th century Mill House Inn is 1/4 of a mile down a steep hill.Tintagel, 1 mile, has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants in addition to the famous ruins of Tintagel Castle and Merlins sea cave, and there are spectacular coastal walks in the immediate area.
Tintagel itself offers a host of good quality eateries including a selection of Cornish pubs and cafes along its bustling high street. You will also find two convenience stores, a lovely bakery, numerous pasty shops, fish and chip shop and chemist.
The breathtaking scenery and coastline around Tintagel is well worth exploring finding hidden gems of coves like the one at Bossiney.
A few miles up the road is the harbour village of Boscastle with striking scenery, gorgeous harbour and good pubs to while away an hour or two. Just on the outskirts of Boscastle is the hugely popular Farm Shop who serve up terrific food throughout the day including their famously good Sunday lunch.

Approached by a gated pathway that forms part of a footpath to the beach, it is entered through a small front porch.
Garden Room
At the front of the cottage, a white painted garden room with cane furniture and house plants catches the afternoon sun and opens on to a level terrace.
Living Room
A door leads into a cosy sitting room with a small television, a low board and beam ceiling and comfortable seating arranged before the wood burning stove.
Kitchen
The beamed, well equipped, fitted kitchen / dining room contains an oil fired Rayburn stove which is kept on throughout the year for cooking, background heat and hot water with an electric hob as back up. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob, microwave and washing machine.
Utility Room
Three steps lead up from the kitchen to a utility room, a cloakroom W.C. with small hand basin,
Bedroom 1
Ground floor bedroom with a 2ft 6in single bed. A door from the bedroom leads out to the small rear patio.
Bedroom 2
The master bedroom with a double bed has country views.

Twin single beds and a vanity unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom, accessed through either bedroom and a low doorway, has a W.C., hand basin, shower over the bath and airing cupboard with immersion heater.

Changes of level, steep stairs and low beams will need care especially by the elderly and toddlers.
Outside
couple of steps lead up to a slate paved barbecue area with lovely views down Trebarwith Valley and a useful outdoor shower. Garden furniture provided.
