Fowey is one of the jewels of the south Cornish coast. Many of the most popular attractions of Cornwall are within easy reach, such as the Eden Project or the harbour of Charlestown, yet Fowey is a magical destination in itself, with its labyrinth of narrow, winding streets packed with independent shops and stunning views from every hilltop. Sail boats bobbing in the estuary, and unique events throughout the year like the summer regatta and the Christmas Fair make Fowey a dream place to get away from it all. This cottage gives you excellent views of this medieval town and the estuary below from the front terrace, where there’s seating for six.

With bench seat.

First Floor:

With a 4’6 double bed and Smart television.

With a 4’6 double bed and television with Freeview.

With a roll-top bath and hand held shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

With walk-in shower cubicle.

Accessible via narrow staircase.

Front terrace with seating for six and estuary views. Small rear courtyard with seating for two, plus steps leading to path at rear of property. Garden furniture and portable charcoal barbecue.

Please note, the house is built on the hillside and there are a number of stairs in the property. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep.
There is no parking at the property and the road outside the property is steep and narrow. One reserved parking space is provided on Park Road which is a 10 minute walk away and directions will be provided with your arrival guide. Alternatively, parking is also available in Fowey’s main pay and display car park which is a 5 minute walk from the property. The cottage is a set on a hillside so please note that travelling on foot from the property to either car park will involve walking up a steep hill.
