Back door into rear porch. Door into a smart new fitted kitchen with electric hob, eye level grill and oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Door into the dining room with dining table to seat 7, this room extends into a conservatory type room with work bench and access to the garden.
Arch into comfortable sitting room with sofa, chairs, flame effect electric fire, flatscreen HD TV/DVD and large patio doors to the garden and views to the Ley. Inner hallway with glazed front door and porch.
Front bedroom with range of fitted cupboards, Ley views and twin 3ft beds.
Rear bedroom with double 4ft 6in bed and fitted cupboards.
Bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Separate cloakroom with WC and basin.
Stairs to the top bedroom with a double 5′ bed, fitted cupboard and French door to balcony and fantastic views over the Ley and the sea.
Adjacent WC with basin.
A further futon chair/single bed is supplied and can be accommodated in any of the bedrooms. GUESTS MUST ADVISE AT TIME OF BOOKING IF THEY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL LINEN FOR THE FUTON.
Outside
Lawns with apple trees, shrubs and flower borders extend around the house to the front where there is a patio area provided with garden furniture and has lovely views.
Parking
The gated driveway provides parking for up to 3 cars.
EV charging permitted-£30 per car per week-this is from the owners domestic supply and guests must provide their own charging cable.

Included: Bed linen, towels (Guests to bring own beach towels), travel cot, high chair (please request at time of booking), electricity and central heating (oil). Please advise at time of booking in futon linen is required.
Pets: Maximum of two well behaved dogs only. Pet charge £30.00 per pet per week.
