A front terrace overlooks the seafront where you can watch the world go by and at the rear of the house there is parking for two cars.

Dining area with views of Slapton Ley and extending table which can seat 8. Adjacent utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Large open plan sitting roomwith seas views, comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs, 50 inch Samsung Smart TV with built in Apple TV, DVD and Sonos music system. Boot room at the front of the property with plenty of room for coats and beach equipment and door to the front terrace. Stairs to half landing and modern family bathroom with bath with shower over, hand basin and WC. First floor: Bedroom 1. Large double bedroom with patio doors to full width balcony and superb sea views, 5ft king size bed and en suite with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds. Second floor: Bedroom 3. Double bedroom with sea views, 5ft king size bed and en suite with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4. Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds.
