Torcross group accommodation sleeps 8

This romantic and beautifully renovated period cliff top Torcross holiday house is spacious and enjoys fabulous sea views from most windows. There are two sitting rooms, one which faces south and leads to the terrace which overlooks an idyllic cove and a lighthouse beyond. Another more recreational one is equipped with bean bags, television, Wi-Fi and games, as well as a small table football area next door. The open plan kitchen seats eight, leads to the terrace and has an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a walk-in shower, washing machine and toilet.

Front door to hallway.

Lounge with sofas, arm chairs, woodburner stove, CD/radio, iPod dock and French doors to terrace.

Second sitting room/snug with sofa and bean bags chairs with TV and DVD.

Small room off hall with table football.

Kitchen diner with dining table to seat 8 and French doors to terrace. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Utility area with separate outside entrance, walk in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and butler sink,

Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.

First floor.

Bedroom 1 with 5ft double bed, TV and window seat with sea views.

Bedroom 2 6ft zip and link super king (can be made as a twin on request at time of booking)

Bedroom 3 with two 2ft 6in singles.

Bedroom 4 with 4ft 6in double bed.

Family bathroom with shower, roll top bath, hand basin and WC.

Cloakroom with hand basin and WC.

Outside
Door from living room to wide gravelled south terrace, bordered by a low slate topped wall overlooking the beach with far reaching views to Start Point. Teak garden table, benches and chairs. At front of property, child safe enclosed terrace overlooking Torcross and the bay.

Please Note: Because the wall on the south terrace is not very high it is very important that parents impress upon children that they should not to stand on it, and if they sit on it to keep their feet on the house side. Very young children should be accompanied. Several generations of children in the owners’ family have holidayed here and there has never been an accident!

Parking
Parking for two large cars in designated space, or 3 small cars. Additional parking available in Torcross car park, (charges apply).

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guest must bring their own beach towels), Wi-Fi, electricity, central heating, travel cot, high chair and complimentary basket of logs in the winter.
No smoking.
Pets: One well behaved dog welcome. Pet charge £30.00 per week. Please keep downstairs and off the furniture.

Local Facilities. Cove beach below property, accessed via steps. Torcross beach ¼ mile. Excellent pub, Boathouse restaurant, Billy Can cafe all in Torcross. Stokeley farm shop 1 mile with good butcher. Kingsbridge and Dartmouth with all facilities both 5 miles.
