The smart, well-equipped kitchen area has a ceramic hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and an extending dining table to seat up to 6.
Off the hallway is a utility room with washing machine, wash basin, drying rack and coat hooks.
Master bedroom with 5ft king size double bed, fitted cupboards, dressing table, french doors to terrace.
En suite bathroom with bath, shower over, twin stone counter top basins and WC.

A path leads around the side of the building to the enclosed lawn gardens that rise gently to the cliff edge that drops away to the beach below.
The superb, gated, swimming pool is surrounded by a paved area and is directly opposite the private enclosed terrace of No. 3 that is supplied with table and chairs to seat 8.
Please Note: The cliff edge is not fenced and children will need to be supervised at all times.

Designated space for one car. Further visitor parking. Free parking in nearby National Trust car park for NT Members.
