Two steps lead down to the contemporary kitchen with under-floor heating, island unit, slate floors, solid oak worktops and glazed ceiling, ceramic hob, built under electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated fridge, extending to a spacious oak framed dining area with floor to ceiling windows and french doors opening to the patio. Steps lead up to the Utility room with washing machine and an additional large fridge freezer, storage cupboards.
Cloakroom with WC and basin.
First Floor: Master bedroom with superking 6ft bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing area.
En-suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower, separate walk in-shower cubicle, pedestal basin and WC.
Cosy Twin bedroom with 3ft beds, flat screen TV with built in DVD, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, en-suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower, basin and WC.
Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunks and chest of drawers (suitable for children only).

Outside
Beautiful paved patio area with garden table and chairs, steps leading to large, secluded, very private garden with lawns, shrubs and garden furniture.
A driveway separates Bay Tree cottage and the neighbouring cottages; there is a right of way along this short driveway to access the rear of the neighbouring cottages.

Parking
On road parking possible where available. Parking Permit also provided for one car at Parish Hall car park (200 yds).

EV Charging is possible via mains supply, using the roadside parking space immediately outside the cottage. This is a domestic mains supply so not an express charge, suitable for overnight. £30 additional cost per week. Please contact Toad Hall if you require this facility.
