Hallway. The spacious, attractive living room has double French doors to the terrace, attractive plantation shutters, limed oak flooring and generous comfortable sofas. A flat screen TV with DVD is provided together with broadband, iPod connections and WiFi.
The smart, well-equipped kitchen area has a ceramic hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and an extending dining table to seat up to 6.
Off the hallway is a utility room with washing machine, wash basin, drying rack and coat hooks.
Master bedroom with 5ft king size double bed, fitted cupboards, dressing table, french doors to terrace.
