Brighton three-storey cottage that sleeps seven guests suitable for large families and groups of friends slap bang in the middle of this vibrant seaside resort within easy reach of amenities and the beach.

This three-storey holiday home enjoys a prime location in the North Laine area of Brighton. The property sleeps seven guests and is the ideal base for large families and groups of friends. Brighton is a vibrant seaside resort with so much to see and do and the holiday home is perfectly placed for exploring all that Brighton has to offer. Head to The Lanes, less than 0.5 miles away, to amble through the narrow streets and into the quirky boutiques that are housed in picturesque 16th-century buildings. It’s the ideal place to pick up a unique keepsake from your holiday. On the seafront, you’ll find the iconic Grade II-listed Palace Pier where you can ride on the traditional fairground rides, and refuel in the popular bars and restaurants. To really get your bearings, why not take a ride on the British Airways i360? The 150-metre-high viewing platform on the seafront offers panoramic views across the city of Brighton and Hove and, on a clear day, you can see the Isle of Wight.

Open the front door of this stylish townhouse and step into the open-plan living area. White walls provide a backdrop to vibrant soft furnishings and statement artwork, whilst stylish light fittings help set the mood. Spend your time drifting between the cosy lounge area, with its plump sofas set around the TV/DVD, the breakfast bar in the ultra-sleek kitchen, and the central dining table, where you can host memorable dinner parties and family celebrations. Stairs lead from here to the first floor, where you’ll find a double and a twin bedroom, along with a large shower room. A further flight of stairs takes you to the second floor, where there is a twin and a single bedroom, as well as another shower room and access to the balcony with its outdoor furniture.

The balcony is a relaxing space to sip a sundowner after a day of sightseeing. Pour yourself a glass of wine and sink into one of the hanging chairs or gather around the table to chat long into the night. As well as the balcony, you’ll also have an enclosed courtyard on the ground floor, with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. This is also a great space to relax in the Sussex sunshine.
