The property is located in an enviable position on Tenby Harbour with views over the North & Harbour beach. You can be on the beach in less than 30 yards – enjoy a day at the harbour or take the pathway across to North beach and spend the day there. The iconic harbour sits well within the town walls so all the bars, shops and restaurants are within easy reach and there is plenty to take your pick from. During the main season, boats run across to Caldey Island where you can enjoy a day at the seaside or sample some of its famous chocolate.

As you enter the property you are welcomed into a generously proportioned hallway with ample space for coats, shoes and luggage. Through the hall and enter your open plan lounge, kitchen and diner enjoying stunning views directly over the harbour and North beach. The lounge has been equipped with Smart TV plus two comfortable sofas to relax in and take in the views. There is a spacious dining table to enjoy your breakfast at the start of the day or sit around and watch the sun go down over the sea at night. The kitchen has been equipped with an electric oven and hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave plus all your basic cookware and utensils are included. To the left of the hallway are the two bedrooms. The master double is where you can wake up to views over the harbour and the twin bedroom is next door. Both rooms have storage for clothes and belongings and offer a light airy space to relax in. The contemporary family bathroom is located on the right of the hallway and has a shower over the bath and a WC. There is also a convenient washing machine located within the bathroom storage.

This property does not have its own outside space, but you are door to the beach in less than thirty yards. There is permit parking (permit provided) on the harbour slipway for one car.
