Two bedroom luxury holiday apartment in Torquay that sleeps four, perfect for small families and couples. The apartment enjoys sea views, two spacious bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area. The apartment’s well-thought-out design means there’s plenty of space for four guests to unwind in, with sweeping sea views framing its sleek interior and contemporary furnishings lending a sophisticated edge to its atmosphere.

Amply equipped to handle even the most complex of foodie creations, the newly fitted high gloss kitchen is a dream to cook in, with the large living/ dining area creating a light-filled and welcoming place for socialising and relaxing. The apartment’s two bedrooms consist of a fantastic master bedroom with its own gorgeous en-suite and a second luxury double with plenty of storage space, so that busy days of exploration are followed by nights of deeply refreshing sleep.

Torre Abbey Sands lies just below the apartment and can be reached by a small footpath that leads from the building down to the seafront. Here, visitors can enjoy hours of sandcastle building and sunbathing; with calm, clear waters just right for a refreshing dip or a leisurely paddle. A variety of wonderful restaurants line the seafront, serving everything from posh burgers to simple salads and seafood, and for a scenic stroll (to burn off some of those calories), there’s none more enjoyable than a walk along the promenade which meanders between the town’s vibrant gardens on one side, and the yachts and boats in Torquay’s pretty marina on the other.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.

Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Property surroundings: For guest’s safety, the building has security cameras in the communal areas which include the main entrance and corridors. Guests will have full privacy when using the property though, as none of the cameras point into the actual property.

Various cookware including pots and pans, utensils, and crockery are also provided

This room is open plan with the lounge and kitchen and is furnished with an ultra-modern table and matching chairs. The room features its own large picture window and showcases wonderful views across the bay

This property does not provide allocated parking however guests may pull up outside the building to drop their luggage off. On-street spaces outside the property though likely to be available, can be limited during busy times.
