Behind three off-beat doorways lie the cosiest of bedrooms with the master featuring a king size bed and its own little circular window on brass hinges allowing guests to take a private peek at the outside world. The second bedroom is light-filled and comfy with French doors opening out to let the fresh countryside air in. A third bedroom room creates an enchanting hidey hole for children to discover, with sturdy bunk beds offering a magical place to escape to for an afternoon nap or a read.
There’s more whimsy on offer outside in the form of a private wood fired hot tub, a delightful camping shed with indoor barbecue for toasting marshmallows or grilling hot dogs, and shared playhouse for oodles of carefree fun. Pack a picnic and venture into the sprawling Somerset countryside.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £125 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle. Network signal is likely to be poor inside as the property is located in the ground but there is network signal outside the property

Property surroundings: partially enclosed garden,the farm does have its own livestock so guests are urged to only bring their dogs if they are of a friendly nature.
Additional Extras: There is a £30 wood package available for the hot tub; this includes the hot tub being lit prior to arrival and a supply of wood provided for your stay and this is paid upon arrival but must be requested prior to arrival. There is a charcoal bbq for guests, however, you will need to provide your own charcoal.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, an open chest of drawers and a small flat screen Smart TV. Wooden French doors are set within the large circular opening letting in plenty of natural daylight

This lovely room is furnished with a king size bed and features a built in unit for storage and hanging space. There are two bedside tables and reading lamps as well as a feature porthole window and small flat screen Smart TV
Bedroom Three
Children’s room. This room has a small single upper bed that is suitable for children of 8 years and under. The lower bunk bed is a standard single size. Both beds are sturdy timber frames with the top bunk being accessed up a chunky ladder with sturdy grab handle

The family bathroom features a fantastic walk-in shower with glass shower screen as well as two hand basins with mixer taps, two cabinets, a heated towel rail and WC
Outside
A partially enclosed private area features a sun-trap patio with a wood fired hot tub*. This area also includes a timber building that houses an indoor barbecue. A large extractor keeping the room smoke free and bench seating makes a great perch for evenings spent huddled together around the fire, toasting marshmallows or grilling something yummy for dinner
On site is a communal play area that includes a mini underground house with underground burrow, as well as a cafe / bistro, Freckles & Boo farm shop, a brewery and a picnic area
*There is a £30 wood package available for the hot tub. This includes the hot tub being lit prior to arrival and a supply of wood provided for your stay. This needs to be requested with the site owner prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood if they prefer though.
