Four bedroom beach house in Cornwall laid out over three floors in Newquay within walking distance of the beach. Three fabulous ground floor bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a spacious top floor master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room.

There’s a fantastic lounge on the second floor which is furnished with large plush sofas and a Smart TV with Sky, and this room is open plan with the kitchen/diner to create a wonderful space for relaxation and entertainment. Outside you’ll find a private enclosed courtyard with garden furniture so when the weather is bright you can snack al fresco, soak up the sunshine, or enjoy drinks and BBQ’s in the fresh sea air.

A minute’s walk from the Barrowfields and Tolcarne Beach, and within easy reach of Lusty Glaze, Great Western and Towan beaches, this home couldn’t be better positioned and is the perfect location for enjoying all that Newquay and the surrounding coastline has to offer.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, pods not provided
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Property surroundings: This house is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.

Situated on the first floor and open plan with the kitchen and living room, the dining room has an extendable table with seating for eight guests. There is access via stairs from here to the master suite upstairs.

Bathroom Two
The en suite to the Master Bedroom is located on the second floor and features a large shower cubicle with rain head shower hand-held shower attachment, heated towel rail, hand basin and WC

Bathroom Three
Located on the ground, floor this gorgeous en-suite to Bedroom Two has a walk-in shower with a large rain head attachment, a hand basin heated towel rail and WC

Outside
Accessed through French doors from Bedroom Two, the enclosed courtyard garden is furnished with an outdoor suite that includes a table, two chairs and a sofa, as well as a charcoal BBQ
There is an outside shed which has body boards for guests to use, and an outside tap for rinsing off sandy wetsuits and feet

Parking
The house has one parking bay on the drive next to the front door, with on street parking available in the area on a first come first served basis
