This well-equipped space has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freeze, microwave and dishwasher.
With a distant sea view on offer across heath land, preparing meals will be a pleasure here. Just next door is an inviting lounge with wood burner, TV/DVD, making it the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day in front of your favourite programmes. A door leads from here to a warm and sunny conservatory with views over the garden. Heading back into the hallway brings you to a useful shower room and utility area, with WC and washing machine.
Next is the dining room. Here you can enjoy leisurely meals with the family in comfort, with the doors open to the patio area beyond. A staircase rises from the hallway to the first floor, where you will find a cosy twin room and a generous king-size bedroom at the top of the stairs. This light and bright room is flooded with light thanks to its large picture windows on two sides. To the front of the house there are fabulous far reaching views across the heath land to the sea beyond.
An en-suite shower room complete with WC ensures you can begin the day feeling refreshed. Across the landing there are a further two bedrooms, both charming doubles, that share the contemporary bathroom, which has a shower over bath and WC.
Stepping outside you will find a patio area with furniture immediately to the rear of the property, where you can light the charcoal BBQ and cook up a storm. An area of lawn and established flower beds and shrubs lead on from here to a dividing fence.
