Communal front door up flight of stairs to first floor, front door leads into hallway. Kitchen/diner/living selection of wall and floor units, oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, and dishwasher. Dining table with seating for four. 3 seater corner sofa, patio doors leading to balcony. Feature electric fire. Bedroom 1: 4’6’’ double bed, patio doors to balcony. Bedroom 2: 2 x 3′ twin beds and patio doors leading to balcony. Family shower room with good size shower cubicle, WC and basin. (Please note there is no washing machine in this property.)

Outside
Balcony reaches around this corner situated apartment on 2 sides. Round picnic style table and chairs for 4.

Parking
Parking for one car only approximately 25m from main building in allocated space on private car park.
