Dog friendly three bedroom cottage near the beach in St Mary’s Bay on the edge of Romney Marsh, ideal for a family friendly coastal break in Kent.

On arrival at the property you will immediately be struck by the open space and tranquil location. Steps leading up to the front door bring you to the porch, a handy place to leave sandy shoes after a day at the beach. Step though into the lounge which features a wood burner, comfy sofas and spectacular sea views through the large windows. Equipped with a TV/DVD, this is an inviting space in which to relax on an evening after a long day exploring the coast. Walk through to the cosy kitchen/diner where you will find everything you will need for your stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge and a dishwasher, plus a separate larder with a freezer and washer/dryer.

The ground floor bedroom is a comfortable small double, and also on the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC and a separate bathroom with stylish original roll-top bath and WC. Heading up the stairs you will find two bedrooms, a double with dual aspect windows offering far reaching sea views overlooking the bay, towards the french coastline, and a twin bedroom that also offers spectacular sea views from the front of the property.

Outside the property is surrounded by a wild seaside garden, with a path that offers direct beach access to the promenade, and on to the beach. There is a table and chairs in the garden and a charcoal BBQ for the perfect end to your day. There is also private parking for two cars.
