One allocated parking space and free WiFi make this apartment ideal for your next seaside escape to St Ives.Cool and contemporary, this apartment has split levels and high ceilings to offer a light-flooded space that’s perfect for chilling out in. Understated and stylish, there are areas to come together in and spaces to steal away to, with features like two Smart TVs, Netflix included, an Alexa Speaker & Bluetooth Bose Speaker system, Nintendo Wii console, games to ensure that even on wetter days, you’ll have plenty to do.

Flagstone flooring and high-quality furnishings add a luxurious quality, with a sunken kitchen and an open plan living area as well as two uniquely designed double bedrooms, offering a bright sanctuary for guests to retreat to after days spent down on the sun-bleached sands of the nearby beaches of St Ives.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Accessed up the modern wooden staircase from the ground floor, this area has a sofa bed, bean bag seating and a Smart TV and Nintendo wii console

Located on the sunken level down three steps from ground floor, the contemporary kitchen is open plan with the lounge and incorporates the the dining area
The kitchen has granite surfaces and a range of large and small appliances including an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, electric fan-assisted oven and hob
A large freestanding fridge/freezer, as well as a coffee machine, cafetiere, toaster, kettle and microwave
An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also provided

Master Bedroom
Located on the ground floor and accessed through the kitchen, the room is split into two levels with a ground floor portion and a king size bed located up two steps on a slightly elevated level
The room is bathed in light from the large overhead velux window and has bedside lamps, an integrated wardrobe, floor standing full height mirror and bedside tables
En suite bathroom which comprises of freestanding bath which is located within the bedroom, separate toilet and wash basin

Bedroom Two
Located on the first floor mezzanine, this room has a unique layout with its king size bed accessed up wide stairs into the ‘eaves’
A large angled velux window runs the length of the bed which is sunken into the platform
Furniture includes bedside lamps, an integrated wardrobe, mirror and leather sofa bed

Family Bathroom
Located upstairs on the mezzanine off the landing area
Walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, heated towel rail, wash hand basin with mixer tap and WC

Bathroom Two
En suite to the master bedroom which comprises of freestanding bath which is located within the bedroom, separate toilet and wash basin

Outside
A rustic wooden bench on the ‘patio’ area has views towards park and the town

Parking
The apartment provides a secure allocated parking space
There is additional parking available in several local car parks, the nearest being Park Avenue long stay car park which is a 10 minute walk from the property
Weekly permits can be bought, and car charges as well as permit details and up to date costs can be found through the local council.
