Cornwall terraced fisherman’s cottage in St Ives that sleeps 5 with many original period features, it’s just moments from the town centre and Harbour. A sheltered rear garden affords views across the rooftops to provide inspiration while sipping your tipple of choice. Up 7 granite steps on the quiet cul-de-sac of Trenwith Place, number 37 is a terraced fisherman’s cottage built around 1860.

Ground Floor

Open plan sitting/dining room with polished pine floorboards and Victorian features.

Sitting area. Front room with 2 x 2-seater settees, Samsung Smart 32″ TV and DVD, coffee table, bureau and bookcase.

Dining area. Refectory table and chairs seating 6, armchair, bookshelves and pine chest of drawers.

Kitchen. Contemporary style with large roof window and slate-effect floor. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Shower room with wash basin and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom 1. Double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers. Sea views over the rooftops to the harbour, the Island and St Ives’ bay.

Bedroom 2. Single bed, chest of drawers and similar views as the double bedroom.

Bedroom 3. Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. South facing up towards the garden.

Bathroom. Bath with power shower over, wash basin and WC and access to garden.

Up a dozen steps to a delightful south facing secret garden with garden furniture and mature shrubs.

Highchair provided.

The old Police Station nearby is currently undergoing building works, which may sometimes be noisy. Due to the proximity, we hope that there will be minimal disruption to you during your holiday.
