After a long day on the beach, the welcoming lounge/diner is a perfect space to relax with friends and family with its Smart TV. The dining area is ideal if you are enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal at the large table with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the golf course and beyond.

From here go through large double doors into the well-equipped kitchen which has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Back to the landing and head into the first of the three bedrooms which is a twin room. Completing this floor is a family bathroom with a corner bath and WC. Head upstairs to the top floor where you will find a further two bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, and a twin bedroom.

There is a stunning communal patio and lawn area with seating for guests to enjoy, whilst the beach is directly opposite the property.
