A short walk along the Esplanade (0.5 miles) leads you to Seaton town centre, a fantastic seaside spot with traditional tramway, public gardens and plenty of shops and pubs to browse. The town itself is known as the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and, of course, links you up with the South West Coastal Path and clifftop beauty spots along the Devonshire coastline. Don hiking boots or your very own bike to follow the route to Beer (2 miles) or all the way along to stunning Lyme Regis (6.5 miles), admiring the geologically fascinating rocks along the way.

Lovingly presented with a traditional décor and dotted with nautical themes throughout, this characterful property really does offer an eclectic space to spend your next family getaway. Enter via a bright and cheerful entrance hall and mosey on into the lounge. The main accent of this room is its picture window with fantastic sea views – pull up a seat first thing in the morning and enjoy your coffee as you watch the beach fill up. These same sea views can be appreciated from the adjacent dining room with space for all to sit round together. Back to the lounge, you’ll find a coal effect gas fire, a Smart TV and plenty of seating solutions for whiling away a cosy night in. The ground floor is completed by a well-equipped kitchen and a handy ground floor shower room. Follow a single flight of stairs from the dining room up to the first floor to find four equally as inviting bedrooms, each one presented with those beautiful sea views. The master bedroom is an attractive double with TV and two occasional chairs set beside another picture window. Completing the accommodation offering is an additional shared shower room on the first floor.

Accessible from the master bedroom and the other double bedrooms is a beautiful decked balcony with table and chairs for six, a real treat when staying here. This space is furnished and offers a fantastic spot for late-night drinks. You’ll also find a courtyard garden and parking area to the rear, complete with a bench for morning coffee.
