Featured on George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces, indulge yourself with the ever-changing views of the stunning waterside location on the south bank of the River Teign. A short 50 metre stroll to the beach where you can take a ferry trip across to Teignmouth or visit the hidden Ness Cove beach accessed via an original smuggles tunnel 0.2 miles away. The heart of the village is a gentle wander away and provides a local butcher, bakery, village shop, pubs and much more, meaning everything is on hand within 1 mile.
