Semi-detached barn for couples, one of two properties located on a 14-acre smallholding one mile away from Gwenver in Penwith. There is a footpath to the nearest beach and access to the South West Coast Path, so no need to take the car.

A lovely single storey barn conversion with vaulted ceilings, original beams and oak flooring. The layout is largely open-plan with the lounge/kitchen/diner all occupying the lion’s share of the bungalow. In the lounge, you will find a TV/DVD, hi-fi and an electric fire, so relax of an evening on the sofa and catch up on your favourite TV shows. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  The bedroom with lovely views over fields to the coastline, has a king size four-poster bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and a WC.

Sliding doors lead to an enclosed patio and garden with seating and lovely views over fields to the coastline. The bungalow also overlooks a lush paddock, which is home to the farm ducks, hens and ponies – guests are encouraged to make friends with the animals and enjoy the rural idyll. There is space onsite for equestrian loving guests to bring horses along too.
