Set on the hillside above West Looe (the smaller and quieter side of the popular holiday destination) this welcoming property provides a home from home for one or two couples or a small family to enjoy a relaxing seaside break. The sandy shingle beach at Hannafore, dog friendly all year round, is just 0.2 miles away, and the seafront has a long promenade with cafes, a putting green and tennis courts. Walk across the Victorian bridge and you will find East Looe, with its compact, sandy beach and picturesque streets lined with shops, pubs and cafes. Walkers will enjoy the 5-mile stroll along the South West Coast Path to the quaint fishing village of Polperro, or you could book a boat trip out to Looe Island, a marine nature reserve and a quiet haven for wildlife.

Take the external steps up to the property and find that this two-storey house has been decorated in a fresh, coastal style which is delightfully appealing. The lounge has a stylish timber wall feature, bookshelves and a TV over an inset feature fire, but its piece de resistance is the cushioned window seat which offers remarkable views over the bay and the sea.
