On each floor of the rear elevation there are bi-fold doors, with the first and second floors leading to balconies with seating, providing views of Brownsea Island and on a clear day the Purbecks. On the ground floor glass doors lead out onto a staggered patio, behind which there is an enclosed, lawned garden. On the lower section of the patio there’s a private HOT TUB and BBQ area.
The property is suitable for babies and young children with a cot and highchair available and safe enclosed garden. One small dog welcome.
This section of the harbour is very quiet, ideal for a calm holiday by the sea anytime of the year. The house is extremely close to Lilliput’s amenities, which include: Salterns Hotel & Marina, Koh Noi Thai Tapas, Mark Bennett Patisserie, Rocket and Rascals, TJ’s Fish and Chips, Tesco Express and Co-op Food. The property is just a five minute cycle from the Sandbanks peninsula.
