Sandbanks beach house that sleeps 10 with direct access to the Blue Flag beach. This pet friendly 1920’s house has been extended and renovated and will make the perfect base for your next coastal break in Dorset.

The patio doors at the rear of the house leads to the wild sand dune garden with a gate at the end which opens on to eight miles of golden sands and offers views across to The Isle of Wight on one side and The Isle of Purbeck on the other. With such a unique setting, the whole family will enjoy lazy days of sunshine, fresh air and alfresco dining.

On your doorstep, you have the local amenities that Sandbanks has to offer including a variety of water sport activities and places to eat such as Rick Steins restaurant, The Caff breakfast and lunch kitchen, Lazy Jacks restaurant with a woodfired pizza oven and coming soon, Rockwater Sandbanks.

The house is well placed to discover this beautiful part of the South coast with lots of days out on offer. Explore Brownsea Island by boat and the Purbecks with quaint pubs, beautiful beaches and the Jurassic Coastline or the seaside towns of Poole, Bournemouth and Swanage.

Ground floor

The entrance hallway leads to the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with sea views

The kitchen is newly fitted with integrated appliances and a breakfast bar area. The dining room has seating for eight and patio doors to the patio area.

The lounge has comfortable seating, an open fireplace and patio doors to the rear patio.

A king size bedroom with a window onto the side of the house and shower room with shower cubicle, basin and W/C (this can also be accessed from the garden)
