With a wood burner and a courtyard garden, the cottage is perfect any time of year and the boutique interior offers a perfectly relaxed space. A short walk brings you to all the towns amenities and the beaches at North and South Sands are within one mile’s walk.

Entrance into hall leading to living area with oak wood flooring, two seater sofa, window seat, bean bag, TV and DVD player, log burner, dining table to seat 6 and access to south facing enclosed courtyard.
Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee capsules not supplied).

First floor:
Bedroom one with 4ft6in double bed.
Bedroom two with 3ft twin beds.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Outside
Landscaped terraced garden at front with table and chairs. Rear south facing enclosed courtyard with table and chairs and barbecue.

Parking
For 2 cars on private driveway (an uneven track just off the road makes up the very last part of the access to the property).

Included: Bed linen and towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), Electricity and gas central heating.

Pets: No pets (owner has a small dog when visiting so please bear in mind if you have allergies)
Local facilities: Spar shop 200 yards. Good Co-op shop and other shops, restaurants and pubs all within 5-10 minutes’ walk. North Sands beach 1 mile. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 mile.
