Outside
Balcony off lounge with small table, seating for four and views over South Sands and down the harbour. Further balcony off master bedroom with views of parts of the beach and the South Sands valley, and two recliners. Landscaped grounds, communal seating and private steps to the road leading to South Sands beach. No barbecues allowed.

Parking
Designated parking for two cars in private outdoor parking area (to access the parking area guests need to drive through a covered area which has a 1.9m height restriction). Limited visitor spaces available on site (no height restriction).
