Well equipped Kitchen area with lovely brekafast bar area and stools, electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (guests will need to bring their own Nespresso Vertuo capsules), hot milk frothing machine and selection of cafetières. Off the kitchen is a double set of patio doors, with a lovely balcony area with further table and chairs – This is a great suntrap in the afternoon, and perfect for relaxing and dining.
Bedroom 1 with 5ft Harrison Spinks king size bed, double fitted wardrobe, Flat screen TV and en suite shower room with modern fitments including shower cubicle with power shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds with Harrison Spinks mattresses, freestanding wardrobe and patio door to private inner courtyard.
Bedroom 3 (children’s room) with 3ft bunk bed, upright wardrobe and patio door to private inner courtyard.
Large Family bathroom with quality fittings including deep bath with hand held power shower, basin and WC. Newly installed Electric panel heaters are fitted throughout, each controlled via the Media pad, and downloadable App.

Outside
Balcony off lounge with stunning views over South Sands and rattan table and chairs. Further patio off kitchen. Further enclosed patio courtyard accessed from bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. There is a very quiet private lane that runs in front of the property (It just accesses a handful of the private parking spaces at the Bolt Head Apartments). No barbecues allowed.

Parking
Designated parking for one car in covered parking area under the main building (1.9m height restriction). Limited visitor spaces available on site (no height restriction).
