Salcombe large budget pet friendly apartment that sleeps 9 ideal for group accommodation in the heart of town, walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. No need to use the car again as everything is right on the doorstep including the ice cream parlour, four fantastic Inns and the ferry to the sandy beaches across the estuary.

Accommodation
Front entrance.
Stairs to first floor:
Hall leading to open plan living room with two sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat 8-9.
Kitchen with gas hob, electric cooker, under counter fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine.

Second floor:
Bedroom 2 with 4ft6in double bed, single bed and TV.
Bedroom 4 with 3ft bunk beds.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Third floor:
Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, TV, estuary views and en suite shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds.

Depending on occupancy numbers there may be limited seating on the sofas in the lounge area.

Outside
No outside space however there is a public park around 100 yards from the property.

Parking
No parking at property however weekly parking available in the long stay car park at the top of town (Guests will be reimbursed the cost of the long stay weekly parking ticket upon providing the receipt – one ticket only).

Parking also available in the nearby public car parks – Daily rates apply (can be paid for either at car park meter or via the RingGO app – these costs are not redeemable).

Included: Bed Linen and towels (not beach towels), electricity, gas central heating. Travel cot, baby booster seat and stair gate.
Telephone: No telephone. Mobile signal good. Wi-Fi.
Pets: One dog allowed. (Pet charge £30.00 per week).
Local facilities: Pubs, shops and restaurants all within a very short walk. Ferry to beach across the estuary 300 yards. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
