Salcombe two bedroom luxury waterside apartment with private balcony plus a private parking space, use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times) and a mooring berth. There is also a great choice of pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to popular sandy beaches all within a short stroll from the front door.

Accommodation
Entrance to hall leading to all rooms. Open plan living area with lounge and kitchen.
Lounge area with sofa and armchair, dining table to seat 5, Smart TV and access to balcony.
Kitchen area with electric cooker and hobs, fridge with ice box, additional fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed, built in wardrobe, access to balcony and en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with low level L-shape 3ft bunk bed (please see picture) and access to balcony.
Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Coin operated washing machines and dryers in communal laundry room on ground floor of the building (£3.50 per wash. Drying £1.00 per 15 minutes).

Outside
Large wrap around balcony with panoramic views over the estuary. Table and chairs and sun lounger. Use of communal gardens and swimming pool.

Mooring berth available for one boat on the Salcombe Apartments private pontoon (Strictly 1 vessel only up to a max 5m in length including outboard motor and 2m beam (width) from early May bank holiday until October 31st as governed by the harbour authority).

Quarterdeck benefits from its own private entrance shared with number 22.

There is a small boatstore on site which can be used for storing kayaks and paddleboards (space permitting).

Parking
Designated parking for one car.

There are no EV charging facilities at this site.

Included: Bed linen and towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity, and heating (electric panel heaters in lounge and gas central heating in rooms).

Local facilities: Shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk. Beach: Across the estuary (via passenger ferry). Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
