For those who are bringing dogs, it is just a short walk to enjoy the lovely beach at North Sands. And for those who enjoy longer walks there is the stunning South West Coast Path. If you prefer the water, take the passenger ferry to the beautiful beaches at East Portlemouth. The town itself is just a two-minute drive, hosting boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries.

Local facilities: Spar shop 600 yards. North Sands beach less than 1 mile. Pubs, restaurants and other shops 15 minutes’ walk down the hill into Salcombe centre (longer coming back). Kingsbridge with all facilities including supermarkets 6 miles.
