The cottage is centrally heated and is ideal for a small family or couples on a romantic break. It’s just over a kilometre to the beach at North Sands with spectacular viewing along the way over cliffs, headlands and woodland.

Ground floor:
Large hallway/boot room with doors to both the main house and the cottage and washing machine and freezer.
Front door into charming living room divided into two separate areas.
The sitting area is most comfortably furnished with two sofas, Freeview digital TV with DVD, CD Hi-Fi, large fireplace with log burner and a window seat with lovely valley views.
The kitchen area is well fitted and equipped with electric ceramic hob, built-under oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box and dining table to seat 4.
First floor:
Open plan bedroom with wardrobe and fine kingsize 5ft bedstead. French windows open to a small balcony from which to enjoy the views. En-suite bathroom with bath, electric Mira shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Adjoining bedroom with single 3ft bed, chest of drawers and window to the rear.
Outside
The property is approached up a long private drive. To the front of the cottage is an extensive sun patio with a table, chairs and barbecue. There are 12 acres of meadow with sea views in parts, which guests are welcome to use.

For several cars in front of owners’ garages alongside the cottage.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels), central heating and electricity.
