Positioned just a few minutes drive from the wonderful Saunton Sands, this beautiful lodge has a bubbling hot tub, open plan living and contemporary decor, making it simply dreamy retreat on the North Devon Coast.

One of six luxury lodges on an exclusive site in Braunton, this is a one bedroom, pet friendly property with a huge veranda and oodles of airy, indoor space. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king size bed that has its own modern en-suite bathroom. Timber accents and sumptuous soft furnishing give the room a welcoming atmosphere and huge floor to ceiling windows invite views from the garden inside, making it the perfect place to enjoy a lazy lie-in before heading to the beach for a day of exploration.

The property’s living area is a relaxing space and includes a large sofa as well as a table and seating for dining. Open plan with the kitchen, it’s the ideal place to spend time in, whether it be to cook a favourite meal together or simply to unwind with a glass of wine and a movie. Accessed through french doors from the living room, the large, covered deck is furnished with a table and chairs, so warm summer evenings can be spent dining alfresco or enjoying a soak in the hot tub while waiting for the sun to set.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £50 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (will show as a pending transaction in your account) and then released afterwards if there is no claim. This is held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
