Three bedroom luxury self-catering beach house in Cornwall near Praa Sands with a private hot tub, just a few metres from the shore with a large garden and uninterrupted views of the bay.

Recently refurbished to an exceptional standard, the property boasts three spacious bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) and a fabulous open plan living space, all tastefully styled with gorgeous furniture and contemporary colour schemes. The modern kitchen features lovely sea views and comes fitted with a range of appliances and utensils, while the bright and airy dining room with its large table and ocean panorama beyond the garden, is the ideal spot for sharing meals and conversation together.

For days when you fancy a meal out, the Sand Bar which perches right on the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away, and here you’ll be able to enjoy stone baked pizzas, gourmet burgers and a variety of light bites with some of the best beach and bay views in Cornwall. Unwind with a good book or magazine in the living room to the sound of waves breaking on the beach or laze back in the summer room to discuss the day’s plans. After your adventures out and about you’ll be able to look forward to sinking into your very own private hot tub while dinner sizzles away on the BBQ.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
Number of steps: 1 external access step, 3 steps in the back garden
Property Maintenance: Garden maintenance takes place every two weeks, and window cleaning takes place every two to four weeks (depending on the season) which may coincide with your stay
Type of heating: Electric heating
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Light-filled and inviting with far reaching sea views, the living room is open plan with the dining area and is furnished with a roomy L-shaped sofa, a coffee table and wall-mounted Smart flat screen TV (which can also be used for playing music through), as well as a games console. Featuring a fireplace with an electric wood-burner, the room accesses the sun lounge as well as the garden

A selection of cutlery, crockery and cookware is also provided as is an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner

Outside
The large private garden is accessed through French doors from the lounge. Featuring a fantastic private hot tub along with an outdoor table with chairs, sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ, it is a wonderful place for enjoying outdoor relaxation, cooking and dining in the sunshine. A gate accesses the public green space, and it’s under a minute’s walk over to the beach from here.

There is an outdoor shower for rinsing wetsuits and sandy toes, as well as separate surfboard / beach gear storage

Parking
Private parking for three cars on the drive and an electric car charging point. In order to use the charging point, you will need to download a pay as you go app, instructions are in the property.
