This cottage is ideal if you are looking for a base for walking; the South West Coast Path runs right past offering dramatic cliff paths, farm tracks, fields and beautiful wooded combes with seasonal waterfalls and streams between the cottage and Lynmouth.

The cottage is strictly non-smoking.
