Polperro holiday cottage pets allowed sleeps 4

Self-catering 18th century whitewashed fisherman’s cottage overlooking the beach at Polperro sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The cottage is just a short walk from the centre of town and enjoys sea views from most of its rooms. There are steps behind the cottage that lead up to a small, sunny terrace which has lovely views of the harbour and village. The nearby South West Coastal path is the perfect escape for those looking to explore the coastline further.

ACCOMMODATION
Front stable door from lane opens into a kitchen/diner: with a slate floor and underfloor heating, modern painted wooden kitchen units, an induction hob, built-in electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, washer/dryer, dining table to seat five and window seat overlooking the harbour.
Stairs to first floor Living room: with oak flooring, large window seat with spectacular views, woodburner, large sofa, armchair, 32″ LCD TV, DVD player and a DAB radio with iPod docking station.
Family bathroom: with slate floor, bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Door to rear.
Stairs to second floor. Master bedroom: with 6ft super king size bed, fitted wardrobes and window seat.
Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds (one is 5ft 10in long) and fitted wardrobe.

OUTSIDE
From the rear door, steps lead up past a neighbour’s terrace to a small patio area with garden table and chairs and views of the harbour, village and sea.
Please Note: The rear terrace and steps are not suitable for unaccompanied young children and the elderly may find access difficult.
Please Note: The garden steps can become slippery in wet weather.

PARKING
In the main public car park at the entrance to the village (charges apply/cash only). Alternatively, Toad Hall Cottages have some spaces to rent on a first come, first served basis in the village – please enquire at time of booking.

There is also a local independent luggage taxi service available. If you would like your luggage delivered straight to your door. (charges apply)

Please note: There is no car access to the property.

ADDITIONAL
Included: Bed linen, towels, WiFi, electricity and heating (underfloor and night storage). Logs and kindling for woodburner can be purchased in village.
Pets: One well behaved pet welcome by arrangement with THC (living areas only). Pet Charge: £30.00 per week.
Telephone: No land line. Mobile reception poor (Orange and T-Mobile/EE good).
Local Facilities: Polperro beach 10 minutes walk. Talland beach 1 mile. Other beaches are easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in Polperro. Looe with more facilities, 4 miles. Plymouth 25 miles. Truro 29 miles.
