Hallway leads to:
Lounge/dining room with sofa, extra wide armchair, TV with Amazon firestick, Blu-ray DVD player and films, Woodburner, dining table, chairs and bench seat.
Sun room is equipped with conservatory furniture and standing fan. Sliding doors with steps down to patio area.
Kitchen with oven, grill and hob, fridge with ice box, washing machine, microwave and slimline dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds (zip-link Super King size bed can be made up on request when booking).
Family Bathroom with large walk in shower, wash hand basin and W.C.

Outside
Patio garden to the rear with immediate access from the sun room. Varying levels. Set of garden/wicker furniture, bistro set and parasol. Secure for pets.

Parking
Shared driveway with allocated parking for 2 cars. Secure garage available for storing bikes and water sports equipment.
Electric car charging is available with 3-pin plug. Guests are asked to bring their own adapters. Please see additional information.

Additional
Included: Bed linen, towels (guests to provide own beach towels). Wi-Fi. Electricity and gas central heating. Cot and high chair available on request (please bring your own cot linen). First basket of logs (October to April).
Pets: Two well behaved medium size dogs will be considered at the time of booking, welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week.
Bedroom 2: with Zip-link 3ft twin beds (Super King size bed can be made up on request when booking).
Arrival time – 4pm and Departure time – 10am.

Local facilities: Approximately fifteen minutes’ walk downhill (750m) to shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches in Lyme Regis. Axminster 5 miles. Bridport 10 miles.
