Just a few yards from the sea and with direct access on to the lovely sandy beach and dunes of Perranporth, this mid terrace privately owned holiday cottage is set in a small development of purpose built holiday properties ideal for beach going families.

Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surf lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within a 20 mile radius.

A short footpath crosses over a stream and leads on to the dunes and three miles of golden sandy beach and also links up with the South West Coastal Path.

There is a neatly fitted galley kitchen and beyond is a comfortable sitting / dining area with television a pine drop-leaf dining suite, lounge furniture and a double glazed rear door leading out to a communal paved terrace with views of the sand dunes.

There is space for one car in an adjoining undercover car port which is accessed by an archway of 7ft 4in high and a narrow private road.
