Thoughtfully extended, this traditional Norfolk cottage is in an idyllic location tucked away on a quiet back lane, approximately a 20 minutes walk from expansive and tranquil Holme beach. Entered via a gravel pathway up to a welcoming porch, guests are led into a bright well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and delightful wooden worktops. With plenty of worktop space available, be sure to take the opportunity to cook up a delicious meal made using the delectable local produce that this area is famed for. With rustic stripped wooden floorboards, the adjacent dining area provides seating for up to eights guests around an spacious farmhouse table. There is parking for three cars in the driveway and a small garden to the front. To the rear is a real surprise – the gardens extend to almost an acre and include two lawned formal hedged areas with garden furniture. The gardens then extend into a woodland with secret places to build dens and watch birds. All this is topped off with a zip wire at the end! The property is a five-minute walk to The White Horse pub, a real traditional pub with fire and good food, the beach is a further 10-minute walk.
