Ideal for families with perhaps an elderly relative or less able guest there is a single bedroom and family bathroom located on the ground floor.

Door to dining kitchen and stairs leading to the first floor.

With a full size (3ft) single bed and window to the front.

Dining area with table, bench seating and four chairs, DVD’s, books and games. Double doors onto courtyard garden. Please note: the fireplace is a feature only.
The kitchen is well-equipped and has integrated appliances including fridge/freezer (three drawer), electric oven and combination microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer

Fitted suite comprising bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, wash basin and WC. Electric heated towel rail and tiled floor.
First Floor:
Master bedroom
A lovely light double aspect room with double bed, travel cot, iron and ironing boards stored in the wardrobes.
Bedroom three (front)
Small double bed (4ft 6) suitable for one/two people as the bed is adjacent to the wall with access at one side only or for two people who are happy to be slightly more cosy.
Shower room
With spacious shower cubicle with mains shower, heated towel rail and WC.
Bedroom two (rear)
A pretty room with a double bed.
Outside:
To the rear of the cottage is an enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs seating six and external lighting, an ideal place to enjoy a meal with family and friends in a peaceful location.
Roadside parking may be available close by. There are double yellow lines immediately outside the cottage. A council car park is 10 minutes walk away in Freeman Street. A weekly parking permit is available for £28 from the main car park ticket machine.
