After a cosy evening in, you are only a few steps away from both bedrooms; one double and one twin, as well as the family bathroom.

Head upstairs to the bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area. Cook up a family feast in this fully equipped kitchen including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. Gather round the table and enjoy your home cooked meal whilst soaking in the charming views of the Cornish coastline.

Outside you have both an exclusive patio with beach views, as well as communal gardens and surf storage, suitable for beach equipment and wetsuits.

Located only a few steps away from the iconic Newquay beach. Fistral is backed by high cliffs and sand dunes; it is the perfect place for the most experienced surfers as well as those trying it for the first time. There are plenty of places to book surf lessons or hire gear. You will also find an array of cafés, restaurants, takeaways and shops along the beach.

Next door, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool which guests are able to use (small charge paid locally) subject to availability.
