Tucked away in a quiet residential courtyard above Newquay town centre, a modern, two bedroom mews style property just a five minute walk from all the amenities. Newquay itself is a popular Cornish holiday destination for families and couples alike with some of the County’s most famous and loveliest of beaches all within reach.
To the town centre side is the Great Western beach which is just a half mile walk. The town has a varied selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants catering for all ages and tastes with a four screen cinema complex and Blue Reef Aquarium situated on the family and dog friendly Towan beach. Despite the added bonus of on-site parking, the railway and bus station are also within walking distance of the cottage.
To the lower side you will find the quieter Trenance gardens and boating lake with Newquay Zoo and Newquay Water World Leisure Park at your disposal all within half a mile. The world famous Fistral beach is less than two miles away with a short passenger ‘ferry’ trip during the season available from the Fern Pit Cafe, Pentire across the River Gannel to the pretty village and beach at Crantock.
Outside
The cottage has a small sunny gravelled outside area with patio furniture provided, ideal for alfresco dining.

Under cover parking next to the property for one car is provided. For under cover parking dimensions, please see below. In our opinion, private road access and designated under cover parking space are not suited to wide vehicles.
