A spacious older style detached bungalow set between Cubert village and the sea near Newquay, in a large hedged and gated grassy garden with wide country views and ample room for children’s games. Cubert Common, a five minute walk by footpath, links Holywell, Porth Joke and West Pentire beaches, all of which can be reached on foot by the energetic.

Entered through a side porch, an inner door leads into the kitchen.

Kitchen

A galley kitchen and one step continues up to the adjacent dining room. Kitchen appliances included fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Living Room

There is a pleasant, dual aspect sitting room with television, an electric fire set in the stone hearth.

Bedrooms

There are two spacious bedrooms with hand basins. The first bedroom has two twin singles beds and then a cosy smaller single bedroom.

Shower Room

A shower room with hand basin and a separate W.C.complete the accommodation.

Heating

This property is heated via central heating (please see additional notes).

Outside
Generous lawned garden which extends around four sides of the property and enjoys countryside views. Garden furniture provided.

Parking
There is off road parking for two cars within the garden.
