Recently refurbished yet still packed with character, this cottage is the epitome of a traditional Newlyn cottage with deep window reveals and exposed granite adding to its charm.

Set within a short stroll of the town’s seafront, galleries, shops and harbour, it’s a lovely place for you to base yourself as you explore the local area, its beaches, coast path walks and landmarks. Though small, you’ll have everything you need to be comfortable including a pretty kitchen / diner, two bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a cosy lounge with its wood-burning stove for the cooler months.

*The coffee machine uses Nespresso compatible pods. Guests will need to provide their own

Bedroom One
On the first floor and furnished with a double bed, bedside table, reading lights above the bed, a wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers

Also on the first floor and furnished with a single bed and hanging rail for clothes

*A daybed / sofa on the landing provides occasional sleeping or can be used as a reading nook

Bathrooms
The first-floor bathroom has a bath tub, hand basin, heated towel rail, mirror and WC

Outside
This property doesn’t offer any outside space however there is a bench outside by the front door – the lane is pedestrian-only so it’s a lovely place to enjoy a coffee

Parking
This property does not have its own parking
Due to the cottage’s position there is no direct road access. Guests will need to head pay and display car park (a two-ish minute walk away) and should have plenty of spaces for the duration of your visit. There is another (cheaper) car park called Sandy Cove, which is a 2 minute drive away in the direction of Mousehole (about a 5 minute walk). Alternatively, there is street parking around Newlyn but this, of course, cannot be guaranteed and is on a first come first served basis.
