Located on the stunning East coast of Norfolk, Mundesley is a pretty Victorian seaside town. Bursting with charm and tradition, as well as boasting beautiful wide sandy beaches, beach huts and scenic walks such as the popular Circular walk. You will also have a fantastic variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. Nestled in the Norfolk Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads. The perfect place for a family holiday, with nearby cliffs offering stunning views and terrific opportunities for breath-taking walks. The popular locations of Holt, Cromer, Overstrand and Sheringham are only a short drive away and if it’s some retail therapy you’re looking for, Norwich is within easy reach.
When you enter this newly refurbished, bright and spacious coastal property, you will enter the hallway, leading through to the large open-plan lounge/diner. Within the lounge area there are two comfy sofa’s, as well as a Smart TV, Xbox 360 and Sky Q. The dining area has a large table and chairs with plenty of seating for everyone. Located off from the lounge/diner is the well-equipped stylish and contemporary kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. You can access the rear garden via the back door in the kitchen. Heading back to the front of the house are the stairs leading to the first floor of the property. Here you will find a double bedroom with sea views, as well as a twin bedroom featuring a Smart TV. Also on this floor is the very spacious bathroom with a rain-shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the second floor you will find the large master bedroom with king-size bed which also boasts sea views, providing the perfect view to wake up to.
The rear of the property can be accessed via a side gate on the property or through the kitchen, here you will find a good-sized enclosed garden and patio area with a charcoal BBQ. There is a table and seating for up to six guests which provides the perfect environment to relax and unwind in after a busy day out exploring the beautiful coastline Mundesley has to offer. There is roadside parking, subject to availability and parking is also available in the church car park opposite the property (donation to church optional).
