Narrow hallway: leading to
Small Shower room: shower cubicle and corner washbasin. Separate WC.
Cloakroom: WC and washbasin,
Bedroom 1: Double 4ft 6inch bed, hairdryer.
Bedroom 2: 2 Bunks with 3ft single beds (2 guests only).

Outside
Benches at front of chalet enjoy outstanding sea views across Lyme Bay. Additional seating and tables opposite the chalet have uninterrupted sea views of Golden Cap, the Jurassic Coastline and the Isle of Portland in the distance. Lyme Regis beach and Monmouth beach in close proximity.

Please be aware: seating across from the chalet is on a grassed sloping bank.

Parking
Space for one medium to large car next to the beach chalet. No camper vans allowed. Public parking available at the same location.

Electric Cars: – Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.

Local Facilities: The chalet is located above Monmouth Beach and close proximity to Lyme Regis main beach: 200m. Pub and beach cafes: 200m. Supermarkets and wider range of facilities in Lyme Regis: 5 min by car. Axminster: 5 miles, Bridport: 10 miles.

BBQ: Regrettably there is a strict ‘no BBQs’ rule due to the amount of wooden structures in close vicinity.
